The mark consists of an eye. Forming the pupil is an "E" and a backwards "G" connecting at the top of the two letters. Along the top of the eye are nine symbols resembling eyelashes (from left to right) (1) an isosceles triangle, (2) three curved symmetrical lines representing air, (3) three circles; one small, one medium sized and one large, (4) three curved lines representing fire; two mirroring each other with one flowing from bottom to top from left to right, (5) a surfboard shaped figure bisected by two diagonal black lines, (6) a spiraling inward triangle with a vertical line at the base resembling a tree representing earth, (7) is a repeat of the third symbol, three circles, (8) three curvy lines; the left line has a big wave and the right two lines are parallel and curvy representing water, and (9) is a repeat of the first symbol, an isosceles triangle. All elements appear on a rectangular field that represents background and is not a feature of the mark.
