The mark consists of a three-dimensional packaging design of confectionery candy, comprising a transparent wrapper encasing two balls, which as a result of superimposing the designs printed on the said wrapper upon the said confectionery candy balls, together create a three-dimensional snowman with a vertical scroll design to the right of its head displaying a vertical scroll with three symbols, namely, those of a heart, an ampersand and a smiley faced sun, along the right side of the packaging.
