The mark consists of a badge that has a black outer circle and a black filled inner circle. In between the circles on the top reads "Gold Axe" in black letters with a pantone background, and the bottom reads "Brewing Co." in black with a pantone background. Inside the inner filled circle, there are two axes, the left axe in white/black, and the right axe in pantone/black, crossing with a "G" in two toned white and pantone above them and an "A" below them in white. The dot in the "A" is pantone. On the left and right sides in between the circles, pantone curved lines appear with a background of white filling in from the inner to outer circle.
