The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle and bottle cap designed to emulate a wooden barrel standing upon a pedestal. The upright barrel-shaped portion of the bottle positioned atop the pedestal shaped bottom of the bottle contains a band-shaped recess towards the top of the barrel shape and another band-shaped recess towards the bottom of the barrel shape to emulate the hoops typically positioned around the wooden staves of a barrel to hold the wooden staves securely in place. The band-shaped recesses contain a plurality of spaced projections centered within the band shapes to emulate the rivets utilized to affix the hoops around a barrel. The broken lines depicting a cork projecting from the bottle top, the bottle neck, and bottle lip, indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
