The mark consists of the design of the tread on the sole of an athletic shoe. The tread consists mostly of squares with geometric shapes within the squares. There are indentations on either side of the soles where the middle toe, the inner big toe mound, and the outer little toe mound would be placed. A rounded three-point shape is also cut out from the background pattern. At the inner arch of the foot is a large triangular indentation with a long curved line that ends at the outer ball of the foot. Within the large triangular indentation is a curved triangle. There are two indentation at either side of the heels and an arrowhead design is at the heel of the sole. The broken lines depicting shape of the shoe bottom indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
