The mark consists of Shaded horizontal oval outline with the word "Bluntville" in large shaded letters with gradation, imposed over or cut out of the oval and protruding horizontally outside the oval outline, with lines above and below the word, the line above at about the halfway point of the oval and the line below about three quarters of the way down; "Home of the Bluntheads" is written below the bottom line below "Bluntheads"; above the top line above "Bluntheads" is a row of seven vertical cigar characters, protruding above the top of the oval outline except the one shortest character, standing from left to right, described as follows: 1) features a partially-concealed marijuana leaf toward the top of and on the surface of the cigar, a headband with the word "BLUNT" below the marijuana leaf on the surface of the cigar, sunglasses, nose and a smiling face below the headband on the surface of the cigar, sneakers at the bottom of the cigar and emerging from beneath the cigar, a hand making a peace sign on the left of the cigar at eye-level, 2) features a partially-concealed marijuana leaf toward the top of and on the surface of the cigar, a headband in a bow shape below the marijuana leaf on the surface of the cigar, eyebrows, sunglasses concealing open eyes, nose, feminine, partially-opened lips and a mole above the edge of the right side of the lip, all below the headband on the surface of the cigar, high heels at the bottom of the cigar and emerging from beneath the cigar, and hoop earrings on each side of the cigar below the sunglasses, 3) features a taller female form with light, medium-length hair sweeping across the face to the left, with a darker streak in the middle front, a face below the hair with eyebrows, eyes, nose and feminine mouth and hoop earrings, a midriff shirt, pants with a studded belt with buckle, mary jane shoes with a bow, a butterfly tattoo to the left right above the belt, belly button visible above the belt, and a hand touching her face and chin area to the left, 4) features an off-center baseball cap with a marijuana leaf inside a circle on it, a face with eyebrows, eyes with lids half-closed, nose and smirking smile, a large gold or or rope chain necklace, earbud headphones connected to a smartphone or ipod, boxers with marijuana leaves and the word "Blunt-Wear" on the top band, sagging jeans hanging below the boxers, and sneakers below the jeans, with a hand on the left side holding the smart phone or ipod and a hand on the right side making a peace sign over his chest, 5) features a shorter cigar with one small and one large puff of smoke above the top of the cigar, eyebrows, large oval eyes with drooped eyelids and a mouth holding a pacifier on the right side of the mouth, feet at the bottom of the cigar and emerging from beneath the cigar, 6) features a slender, taller cigar with a headband toward the top of and on the surface of the cigar with a flower on the right edge of the headband, eyebrows, cat-eye sunglasses concealing open eyes, nose, feminine, closed lips, a hand around the waist, with the body of the cigar fashioned as a shirt top over pants bottom, with feet in sandals facing forward at the bottom of the cigar and emerging from beneath the cigar, and an open hand to the left of the cigar at eye-level, and 7) features a wider, larger cigar, with eyebrows furrowed downward in an angry fashion, almond-shaped eyes with drooped eyelids, a mouth with a cigar sticking out to the right on the right side of the mouth with a smoke trail emerging from the cigar, a chin, and wingtip shoes at the bottom of the cigar and emerging from beneath the cigar, the left wingtip facing forward and the right wingtip angled outward to the right.
