The mark consists of a crimson shield or blazon with a gold border. The golden border itself has a black border around it. The shield's corners, along with the borders as well, are cut out in a slope. Inside the shield are the letters R and G in gold with a thin black outline. Directly above the shield is a crimson, three-pointed crown and underline, with a thin black outline around each piece. To the left and right of the shield are two crimson, rampant, supporter horses. Directly beneath the shield are two, slightly intersecting, crimson flourish decorations outlined in black. The flourishes are curved upward surrounding the bottom of the shield. At the bottom, beneath the flourish decor, lies a crimson banner. The banner is outlined in black, with the middle piece having a thicker outline than the rest of it. Inside the banner are the words "Staffing" and "Solutions" both depicted in gold and in a stylized font.
