The mark consists of Come and Take It lacrosse features a logo containing a lacrosse stick laying horizontal with the head of the stick to the right, above the stick is a Texas flag lacrosse ball in the form of a round Texas flag. Underneath the lacrosse stick and TX flag ball is the text "Come and take it" which is a battle cry from the battle of the Alamo which we've applied to our lacrosse brand and team. We would like to protect our logo and brand so that as we grow into other states and regions we can incorporate those state flag lax ball's into our design in place of the TX flag ball is currently.
