The mark consists of the words "NEWDAY" appearing in all caps with no spacing set inside a primary rectangle in the foreground center that is slightly angled upward from left to right, overlaid on top of a capital letter "N" in the center, with a directional upward arrow appearing above the capital "N", which capital "N" and directional arrow appear inside a circle, with an outer circle with slight, regularly-spaced protrusions around the perimeter, as a sort of compass rose, and the aforementioned rectangle with a layered, shadow rectangle on the far left and far right behind the primary rectangle and behind the circle compass rose, and with alternating light and dark shaded areas throughout the design.
