The mark consists of a black outline of a circle, inside of the black outline there is an inner ring of a white circle, and inside that approximately 60 percent of the circle is filled in with a red half circle with a white figure of a baseball player swinging a white bat, a white ball, and the following words written in white letters: "THE CONGRESSIONAL BASEBALL GAME FOR CHARITY", where the word "THE" is on one line, "CONGRESSIONAL" is on a second line, "BASEBALL" is on a third line, and "GAME FOR CHARITY" is on a fourth line. Below all of this, is a white upside down triangle extending the width of the circle. Below the white upside down triangle, there is the color blue filling in until the white outer rim, and there are 21 white stars along the edge of the triangle, and below that written in white against the blue background is "ESTABLISHED" and centered under that the wording "1909" in white. The white background is used to show placement, and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
