The mark consists of the word "BEET" in block letters of deep red color, but with the second "E" in "BEET" being replaced with an ovoid beet root colored deep red with pink highlights; the letters "B", "E" and "T" in "BEET" having narrow drop shadows colored light green; a horizontal rectangular bar above the word "BEET", the bar colored deep red with the word "The" in small white typeface at the left side of the bar; five leaves and two leaflets radiating upward from the center top of the beet root and covering a portion of the horizontal bar, with half of each leaf and half of each leaflet colored olive green, and the other half of each leaf and of each leaflet colored light green, each leaf and each leaflet having a central vein colored white, the edges of the leaves and leaflets being serrated, the serrated edges outlined in white where the edges cover the horizontal bar.
