The mark consists of two words and a fit body. The body is on the left the words are the right. The words are postioned from the middle of the body to the bottom of the body. One word is on top of the other. On top, the letters M, A, and D are all capital letters which are in a larger font than the other capitalized letters F,I,T,N,E,S,S that is positioned below it. The capital M and capital F align vertically on the left side of the letters. The capital D and the capital S align vertically with the right side of the letters. There is a figure of a fit body flexing the right arm postioned to left of the letters .The head of the body appears to be looking towards the arm that is flexed. The left arm of the body comes to a point and arcs downwards into the upper right portion of the capital M. The capital M has a space in the upper right portion of the letter where the figures right arm arcs into it. The lower portion of the body shows the left hip split with a line arcing towards the front of the left thigh. The left leg arcs to the right and is at the same level as the bottom of the capital F. There is a space between the end of the left leg arc and the bottom of the capital F.
