The mark consists of five (5) concentric rings appearing in the colors red, white, green, black and red surrounding a stylized human brain contained in a white circle. The black concentric ring contains the wording "IURBAN TEEN IENGAGE ILEARN and ISUCCEED", all appearing in white letters with the letter "I" appearing in lower case with the exception of before the wording "URBAN" where the letter "I" appears with a black circle in the upper stem of that letter. There are three white circles appearing before and after the term "IURBAN TEEN". There appears a white circle after the word "IENGAGE" which is before the word "ILEARN" and after the word "ILEARN" and before the word "ISUCCEED". The stylized image of a human brain has a small black letter "I" with the top stem of that letter appearing as a black outer circle with a white inner circle, all contained inside of a white inner circle, all contained inside of a white square, and appearing in the lower portion of the stylized brain. Outside of the white square, the stylized brain features electrical circuitry composed of various lines, squares, rectangles and circles. On the right side of the stylized brain, the color red appears on the top line connected to a white circle, a second line connected to a rectangle which connects to the lower white square containing the letter "I" and two red circles in the top upper right section of the stylized brain. The color green appears, on the right, on a small circle and square on the lower section of the stylized brain. On the left side of the stylized brain, the color green appears on a top small circle, a lower circle connected to a horizontal line, connected to a rectangle, diagonal line, diagonal rectangle and diagonal line which is connected to the left side of the white square containing the letter "I" and a lower circle. The color red appears, on the left, on an upper circle and a lower square. The remainder of the electrical circuitry design on both side of the stylized brain appears in the color white. The entire stylized brain has a black background.
