The mark consists of a stylized image of a human brain with a small black letter "I" with the top stem of that letter appearing as a black outer circle with a white inner circle, all contained inside of a white inner circle, all contained inside of a white square, and appearing in the lower portion of the stylized brain. Outside of the white square, the stylized brain features electrical circuitry composed of various lines, squares, rectangles and circles. On the right side of the stylized brain, the color red appears on the top line connected to a square, a second line connected to a rectangle which connects to the lower white square containing the letter "I" and two red circles in the top upper right section of the stylized brain. The color green appears, on the right, on a small circle and square on the lower section of the stylized brain. The color gray appears, on the right, on a small top square with a white outer boarder, top and bottom circles with a white inner circle, two horizontal and vertical lines on the far lower right and a miscellaneous oval shape on the far lower right. On the left side of the stylized brain, the color green appears on a top small circle, a lower circle connected to a horizontal line, connected to a rectangle, diagonal line, diagonal rectangle and diagonal line which is connected to the left side of the white square containing the letter "I" and a lower circle. The color red appears, on the left, on an upper circle and a lower square. The color gray appears, on the left, on a top small square with a white boarder, a top circle with a white inner circle, a lower circle with a white inner circle, two vertical lower lines and a lower miscellaneous oval shape. The remainder of the electrical circuitry design on both side of the stylized brain appears in the color white. The entire stylized brain has a black background.
