The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a tire tread, comprised of a series of repeated designs with each row consisting of six polygon shapes in an offset pattern. There is a void space separating each polygon. The first polygon shape has five visible sides; the second polygon shape has four visible uneven sides, the third polygon has seven sides creating a semi- rectangular shape. The third polygon is at an angle approximately forty-five degrees from a longitudinal axis of the first polygon. The fourth, fifth and sixth polygons are the mirror image of the first three polygons in each row. The matter shown by the broken lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark.
