The mark consists of a stylized train engine car in red, orange, yellow, gray, white and black. The hat on the top of the train, base of the train, side and top openings near the back of the train, and center portions of the wheels are shown in gray, which are outlined by orange circles and red sides of the wheels and connected by red and orange connecting rods. The middle portion of the train engine car is in red and yellow with black outlining throughout and the smoke stack in the middle is orange. The front portion of the train engine car features two eyes in the yellow part which are black and white, and a smiling mouth design in the center of the red cylindrical portion at the front of the train engine car. There are five thought bubbles in white, outlined in black, and with light blue shadows. The fifth and biggest thought bubble contains the words "CHOO CHOO SHOES" in black stylized font. The color white outside the train design and thought bubbles represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
