Providing independent living residences for adults experiencing long-term homelessness or at risk of homelessness, who have a diagnosis of a mental illness, chemical dependency or other disability; providing job search and resume building, appointments and medical information management, education, budgeting and life skills development; providing independent living residences and living facilities for men living with living with chemical dependency or a substance use disorder, including room and board, 24-hour staffing, advocacy and medication management for adults with a diagnosis with a substance abuse disorder, who are sober, completed treatment for chemical dependency and have a goal of maintaining sobriety

Providing personal support services for adults with mental illnesses, brain injuries or other disabilities, namely, housing access coordination, 24-hour support line; independent living skills, namely, organization and household management, managing appointments and coordinating health care, meal planning, accessing the community, improving interpersonal skills, problem solving, access in financial resources; personal care assistance of activities of daily living for mentally or physically challenged adults; providing housing for adults living with a serious and persistent mental illness or other disability, including room and board, 24-hour staffing, advocacy, appointment management, housekeeping, socialization and activities
