The mark consists of the word "Voutia" with a capital letter "V". The font selected is Book Antiqua. Other letters are lower case of the same font. The word "Voutia" is presented in the single color turquoise to the left side of the mark. Below the mark and extending to the right and then upwards of the word "Voutia" in the mark is a stylized wave and associated splash of droplets rising from the right side of the wave. Both the wave and droplets are rendered in two (2) different colors and are intended to represent a splashing wave of water. The wave and associated droplets are composed of turquoise and indigo that blend together in certain areas to assist in the perception of confluence with the two (2) colors. A small droplet intended to represent water is positioned over the lower case letter "a" at the end of the word "Voutia". The word "Voutia" itself is intended to mean "sip" in English.
