Brain-centric Design (BcD) is a content presentation method, described in the forthcoming book by instructional design consultant Rich Carr. The BcD method rests on the idea of organizing large amounts of information the way the brain likes to receive information and how people like to learn. Cognitive Neuroscience principles outline the seven steps to BcD include; The Big Idea, Reporting/Assessment, Learning Events, Miller's Law, Hebb's Rule, Curb Appeal, and What's Happening.
