The mark consists of a bronze colored medallion shape with a bronze rectangular shape in the center of it. The inside of the medallion is shaded in in a black texture resembling a texture. Inside the rectangular section is the phrase SWEAT TO THAT B.E.A.T. in upper case white letters with the phrase TO THAT placed inside a small bronze flour de lis design placed in the center of the rectangle. In the upper half of the medallion edge are the phrases BELIEVING and ENDURING in upper case, dark brown letters, with a dark brown dot in between the words, and on the lower half of the medallion are the words ACHIEVING and TRANSFORMING, in brown upper case letters, also with a brown shaded dot in between them.
