The mark consists of a picture of baked goods, beginning with a pie at the bottom, which incorporates the colors black and grey for the pie pan, and the colors brown and purple for the pie crust and filling, which is topped by a blue cake with black and pink specks, topped with pink icing, which is topped by a smaller yellow cake with blue frosting around the top and blue and dark blue frosting around the bottom of the cake in small circles, which is topped by a smaller lopsided pale green cake with black dots and yellow frosting lining around the top and bottom and of the cake, which is topped by a lopsided orange cupcake with pink frosting in a blue and yellow wrapper with four black vertical marks, which is topped by a red cherry, all of which have the various components outlined in black. To the right of the baked goods is a picture of a turtle in green and dark green and yellow with a pink tongue, a black open mouth, black and white eyes, and two black dots for a nose lying on its back in a broken pale blue shell with a black crack halfway down one side, with fragments of the pale blue shell on top of the turtle's head as well as sitting below, with all of the various animals parts and components outlined in black. The color white in the background merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
