owning and operating fiber optic cables installed throughout geographic areas, which cables will be used by Applicant to provide Fiber To The Home (FTTH) Internet services to residents, business, and municipal customers in the geographic areas in exchange for a fee, such as a monthly fee; Applicant will sell or lease excess capacity in the fiber plant to clients with a need for fiber connectivity including Cellular Carriers, Municipalities, Utilities, IoT Service Providers, and others with a need for fiber-optic connectivity; Applicant will charge customers fees to cover various upfront costs including installation, provisioning, connection, nonrecurring engineering, and expedite fees; Applicant will sell accessory products including WiFi Routers, Printers, Computers, Customer Network Equipment, DVRs, Streaming Video access devices, and related equipment; Applicant will resell access to content via a subscription package similar to how cable TV packages are commonly sold
