The mark consists of two red circles with black borders on a white background, the outer circle containing the words "LA ROSA" in the upper portion in red stylized font with a black border and the words "Chicken & Grill" in red stylized font with a black border on the bottom portion. In the center of the outer circle on each side a depiction of a red flame within its own red circle. The inner circle contains a depiction of a white chicken outlined in black, with red head feathers, beak and waddle, with a black-outlined rose in its mouth with green stem and red petals.
