The mark consists of three concentric horizontal oval shapes with the innermost and outermost ovals colored gray and the middle oval colored black. Inside the black oval the words "LOCKHEED MARTIN" and "DIRECT ATTACK MUNITION" appear in white at the top and bottom of the oval, and to the bottom right of the inner oval, there is a target bulls eye comprised of three red concentric circles; emanating upward and right from the center of the bulls eye are stacked gray oval shapes, and emanating upward and left from the center of the bulls eye are gray lines forming a triangle shape; the word "PARAGON" appears in white stylized letters in the center of the inner oval. The mark is set against a gray background which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
