Muscle System Care identifies aspects of the muscle system where muscle contraction quality is low by looking at scenarios/positions where muscles are not working right. During sessions we make decisions based specifically on how your unique body responds. Muscle System Care a\uses specific exercises and manual pressure to muscles to restore communication between the muscle and nervous system. These exercises include but are limited to isometrics, milometrics and pilometrics. The goal is to make clients feel better and move better through manual stimulation of the muscles
