The first figure is facing up with one head and two open bent arms and two open straight legs. One arm is on the left and the other is on the right. For the two legs, there is one leg on the left side and the other leg is on the right side, both legs are straight on a slight angle. This design of the first human figure is repeated for the second human figure with its head facing down instead of up. The combination of the two human like figures each containing four limbs and a head are combined together to form the eight legged spider symbol.
