The mark consists of one large red circle with the words, "AMERICAN R & R", written in blue immediately inside the circle with eight stars in the color red separating the words, "AMERICAN", and R & R". The color between the letters and stars is white. Then there is a smaller blue circle outlined in red in the center of the larger circle. In the very center of the smaller circle there are the red letters " R & R", with the letters inverted.
