Charitable services, namely, providing financial sponsorship of economic and community investments in the city of Camden, New Jersey including infrastructure investments and upgrades, transportation networks, improvements to community programming, neighborhood initiatives to improve living and doing business in the city, education initiatives, commercial, residential and institution investments, expanding job opportunities, special events and attractions, cultural and social arts, artistic, cultural and recreational projects and programs, improvements in physical appearance, safety and hospitality to residents, employees, students and visitors to the city, and environmental and healthy living initiatives
