Concurrent use information. 1) Applicant seeks registration of the mark "MIRACLE MILE SHOPS" for "Retail store services featuring a wide variety of consumer goods of others; Advertising and marketing services, namely, promoting the goods and services of others in the fields of shopping and restaurants via print and electronic media; Advertising services, namely, dissemination of advertising for others via print, online and mobile electronic communications," in the geographic area of the entire United States with the exception of the state of Minnesota and Allegheny County, Pennsylvania 2) Applicant is providing retail store services featuring a wide variety of consumer goods of others; Advertising and marketing services, namely, promoting the goods and services of others in the fields of shopping and restaurants via print and electronic media; Advertising services, namely, dissemination of advertising for others via print, online and mobile electronic communications under the mark "MIRACLE MILE SHOPS" which is used in advertising the services through print advertising, outdoor advertising, Internet advertising, and other forms of advertising for services. 3) Applicant claims an exception to its exclusive use of the mark "MIRACLE MILE SHOPS" by two other third party uses of similar marks which include the terms "miracle mile" in the state of Minnesota and Allegheny County, Pennsylvania 4) Applicant believes the correct names and addresses of the concurrent users to be: a) Intercity Investment Properties, located at 4301 Westside Drive #100, Dallas, Texas 75209. A Minnesota State trademark registration was obtained for MIRACLE MILE SHOPPING CENTER on March 6, 1986, and was renewed on February 24, 2016. b) "Miracle Mile Shopping Center", located at 4100 William Penn Highway, Monroeville, Pennsylvania, 15146. No trademark application or registration has been obtained, and its first date of use on the Internet appears to be June 10, 2002. Applicant declares that no one else except as specified in the application has the right to use the mark.
