The mark consists of a diamond shape with a double border of dark blue on the outside and red on the inside with a background color of medium yellow. A banner containing the stylized words "Petit Jean" with a background color of light yellow is superimposed over the lower half of the diamond. The top of the banner is approximately in the center of the diamond and slopes downward on both sides and extends outside of the diamond evenly on both sides. The tops of the ends of the banner are outside the diamond slightly below the left and right points of the diamond. The banner has a border of dark blue, dark yellow and red. The words "Petit Jean" are red with the hue shifting to dark yellow from the bottom of the letters to the top of the letters. There is an additional border of light blue and light yellow around the portions of the banner which are outside of the diamond. Above the banner and inside of the diamond is a landscape of a mountain and the sky. The mountain is light blue with a dark blue border and dark blue shading in three places. The sky is dark yellow with striations of light yellow. Below the banner and inside the diamond is a pie-shaped area in black with a red border on two sides. Inside the pie-shaped area is the word "MEATS" in all capital letters in light yellow. Below the diamond and banner are the stylized words and exclamation point "TASTE the difference!". The letters and exclamation point are dark yellow with a black border.
