The mark consists of a circle with an outer border and an inner border that forms a rim around the circle like a button. There is an additional inner border made up of alternating lines and dots. In the center of the circle is a fancy scripted capital letter "S". At the top of the "S" between the outer and inner borders on the rim is the word "THE" in capital letters. On the bottom of the "S" between the outer and inner borders on the rim is the word "FACTOR" in capital letters. The entire circle is slightly tilted to the left, just slightly off centered. On either side of the circle, extended from the center of the circle's outer rim, is a thin line extended to left and to the right side of the circle about 3 lower case characters long in each direction. Beneath the line on the left side are the lower case letters "s" "t" and "u". The "u" has double dots above it. Beneath the line in the right side are the lower case letters "d" "i" with a small heart above the "i", and "o".
