The mark consists of a black and white penguin wearing a yellow, green, and white pineapple costume consisting of a green hat resembling the leaves on the top of the pineapple with white vein lines sitting on top of the black and white penguin's head with a yellow beak in the center of the penguin's head, the penguin's body is covered with a yellow pineapple costume with white lines resembling the pattern of a pineapple, which resembles the bottom of a pineapple, and the penguin's black wings and yellow feet are sticking out of the pineapple costume. Beneath the Penguin Pineapple design is the wording "PINEAPPLE PENGUIN" consisting of the word "PINEAPPLE" in yellow and green stylized font with "PINE" in yellow and "APPLE" in green, and directly beneath the word "PINEAPPLE" is the word "PENGUIN" in black stylized font, all of the foregoing on a white background which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
