The mark consists of a circle is divided in half horizontally with a field of blue above and five stripes alternating red and white below. Along the mid-line of the circle is a design of a dog bone in white with a thin blue outline. Written within the bone is the word "MADE" in red capital letters. Above the middle of the bone in the field of blue are the white letters "USA". In an arc above the "USA" and the bone shape, are three white stars. The entire mark is contained by a thin blue line, but as it is the same color as the blue field, it only shows on the bottom half of the circle.
