The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a wheelchair and includes the frame, the armrests, the foot rest, and the storage rack of that chair. The frame includes an upside down u-shape chassis member at the back of the frame and two horizontal chassis members extending perpendicularly from each side of the u-shaped chassis member; one of the horizontal chassis members is located about midway down each side of u-shaped chassis member; and the other horizontal chassis member extends horizontally near the bottom of each side of the u-shaped chassis members. In addition a chassis member extends vertically connecting each of the horizontal chassis members to one another. The wheelchair foot rest and storage rack are both trapezoidal in shape with rounded corners. The broken lines depict the seat of the wheelchair. These broken lines indicate the placement of the mark on the goods and are not considered a part of the mark.
