The mark consists of the word "EVERGREEN" written horizontally in all capital letters, with "EVER" in black font and "GREEN" in light green font; the word "SERVICES" written in all capital letters in smaller black font, centered beneath the word "EVERGREEN"; and, to the left of the text, a light green evergreen tree graphic comprised of a vertical line segment, rounded at each end, divided in half vertically by a thin strip of negative space, forming the "trunk," with six line segments, rounded at the ends, representing branches, three on each side of the "trunk" in bilateral symmetry, connected to the truck and angled downwards approximately 45 degrees so that the three branches on each side of the trunk are parallel to each other, with the largest branches on each side of the "trunk" at the top of the graphic forming a point, the middle-sized branches approximately one quarter of the way down on each side of the "trunk," and the smallest branches on each side of roughly the middle of the "trunk".
