The mark consists of trade dress in the appearance of a three-dimensional configuration of a mountable searchlight, with a main housing consisting of a first contour and a second contour forming a front edge of the side profile of the main housing; the first and second contours arranged at an obtuse angle and substantially symmetrical to one another; the obtuse angle generally symmetrical about the horizontal plane and opening toward the rear of the searchlight; the rearmost portions of the first and second contours curving toward the back of the main housing; with a lens housing positioned within the main housing; the lens housing consisting of a substantially symmetrical front contour forming a front edge of the side profile of the lens housing; the front contour being generally coextensive in its forward projection with the apex of the obtuse angle formed by the first and second contours. The remaining searchlight parts shown in broken lines are intended to show the positioning of the mark on the goods and form no part of the mark.
