The mark consists of a large silver outline of a circle, from the center of which radiates four gold diagonal lines per quadrant of the circle. One horizontal red line passes through the center of the circle, with four blue diagonal lines radiating from the center of the circle, two blue lines above the red line, and two blue lines below the red line. One vertical silver line passes through the center of the circle, with the top portion of the line passing through the top of the circle and through two gold crescent-shaped lines that point upwards and that are above the silver circle outline. Inside the top crescent line are three solid red dots in a horizontal line, and directly above the middle red dot is a red shaded sphere.
