The mark consists of the letters ALCOHALT are all capital letters. The letters ALCO are outlined in black and filled with white. The letters HALT are outlined in white and filled with black. The first half of the logo has a red background and the second half of the logo has a blue background color. The logo is divided in half with a diagonal line separating the red and blue background colors. There is a black wavy line under the letters ALCO and a straight black line under the letters HALT. There are two small circles underneath the letter "C", one in the wavy line and the other beneath the wavy line and both are outlined in black and filled with white. There are three small circles beneath and in between the letters "C" and "O" and are outlined in black and filled with white. There is a large circle directly beneath the letter "O" that is outlined in black and filled with white and there is a small circle attached to the larger circle coming off of it to the right that is outlined in black and filled with white. There are two very small circles directly to the right of the large circle underneath the letter "O" that are outlined in black and filled with white.
