The mark consists of the words "L&M AUTOMOTIVE INC SINCE 1982 SERVICE CENTER". There are two yellow concentric circles, where the outer circle is shaded in yellow, darker on the edges and lighter in the center, and the inner circle is outlined in yellow. There is a thin white circle in between the two yellow circles. Inside the inner yellow circle there is a white circle. Inside the white circle are the letters "L&M" in uppercase stylized black font with the "L" above and to the left of the "&", and the "&" midway and to the left of the "M". The "&" symbol is replaced by a yellow shaded wrench that is overlapping the "L" and the "M". Inside the top of the outer circle is the phrase "SINCE 1982" in white letters; inside the bottom of the outer circle is the phrase "AUTOMOTIVE INC" in black letters. Two black shaded rectangular shapes appear to the left and right of the yellow circles, one on top of the other, the rectangular shapes on top are longer than the rectangular shapes on the bottom. The rectangular shapes are placed at the halfway point of the outer yellow circle and they go through the outer yellow circle and touch the edge of the inner yellow circle. Inside the upper rectangle on the left side of the mark is the word "SERVICE" in white stylized letters; and inside the upper rectangle on the right side of the mark is the word "CENTER" in white stylized letters.
