The mark consists of a target shape. Center is blue, inner ring is white, outer ring is red. Within the blue center are the letters "U S A" in black. Between each of those three letters is a small white star. Above the "U S A" letters but, within the blue center are three larger white stars and seven smaller white stars. Below the "U S A" letters but, within the blue center are four larger white stars and six smaller white stars. The white ring around the blue center contains the words "PISTOL CROSSBOW TOURNAMENT CLUB" in black. The words "PISTOL CROSSBOW" are positioned on the upper half of that white ring. The words "TOURNAMENT CLUB" are positioned on the lower half of that white ring. The outer ring is red bordered in black.
