Description of Mark
The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration on the left and right back pockets of a pair of bottoms. Each pocket contains a flat edge which is a mirror image of the other that starts at the top side closest to the outer side seam and extends upward diagonally towards the top of the pocket. Each pocket consists of a stitching pattern that forms a design. Each pocket contains 5 curved lines, two of which each begin at the outer corners and extend to the middle of the pocket designs, where they almost connect with a group of three curved lines that extend to the inner side of the pocket closest to the middle seam of the pants. The broken lines in the drawing depicting the pants and the pockets indicate placement of the pocket design on the goods and are not claimed as part of the mark.
