The mark consists of a copper colored outline of an isosceles triangle elongated vertically, made to appear three dimensionally conical by placement of three horizontal curved lines placed equidistant from each other across the triangle face starting lower on the left, rising to the right, the body of the triangle filled with a copper color appearing in a lighter shade at the top, becoming increasingly darker toward the lower right, and the words "Copper Mountain Capital" appearing in solid dark copper color stacked vertically to the right of the triangle, with the word "Copper" at the top.
