The mark consists of a stylized design of a blue shaded circle design and text. A stylized hamburger design appears in this circle with a beige bun with black seeds on top, brown burger patty, green lettuce, yellow cheese, and red tomatoes, with beige arms and legs, white gloves and brown shoes; a stylized hot dog design also appears in the circle to the right of the burger, with a beige bun, a brown link, yellow mustard, a red mouth, white arms and legs, and black sunglasses; both the hamburger and hot dog appear with black stylization and outlining; the stylized text "LA PERRADA DEL GORDO" appears at the bottom, overlapping the bottom of the blue circle, in solid red text, which is white at the top, and with a yellow outline. The blue circle is outlined in black. Other than previously described, the color white and the red shading surrounding the mark represent background and are not claimed as feature of the mark.
