The mark consists of a maltese-style cross inside of a ring, with a banner splashed across the lower front. In the center of the image is a maltese-style cross. The cross is solid red with a silver outline. Inside the upper portion of the cross is a black image of flames. In the lower portion of the cross is a black image o four water drops. Superimposed across the front of the cross are the letters "F.I.R.E." in silver, with a black outline surrounded by a silver outline. Around the cross image is a double-lined ring. The outside and inside borders of the ring are silver, while the inside of the ring is red. Inside the ring, clockwise from the left, are the words "EXPERTS", "FIRE" and "INDUSTRY". In the bottom portion of the ring is "CCB# 200128". Across the bottom of the ring is a banner. Seaparating the words in the ring are four black dots with silver borders. The body of the banner is silver, while its outline is white. Inside the banner is the word "RESTORATION".
