The mark consists of a slanted leaf-shape background consisting of a leaf blade in the center and a stem protruding at the bottom. The leaf overlays an oval shade at the bottom of the stem. At the top-left and inside of the leaf blade is a curved light accent. At the center of the leaf blade is a cartoonized smiling face, which further consists of: two curved eyebrows at the top, two circular eyes, and a mouth. Each of the eyes further consists of a white crescent, a dark round center having two white circular dots, and two eye lashes protruding from the white crescent. The mouth is shaped as a semi-circle, with a white crescent at the top and inside the mouth, resembling teeth, and an circular sector at the bottom and inside the mouth, resembling a tongue.
