Charitable fundraising for funding the procurement of new, used and surplus firefighting and rescue equipment and charitable fundraising for funding the provision of training in fire suppression, rescue, vehicle extraction, fire prevention, and charitable fundraising for funding providing public education, all in the fields of fire safety, fire emergency response, CPR, and dealing with hazardous materials incidents; all the foregoing to not include the direct provision of medical or health care or international humanitarian relief services in underdeveloped countries, assisting victims of disasters and conflicts, or fundraising or charitable services in connection with medical or health care or international humanitarian relief services

Educational services, namely, providing training in the fields of fire suppression, rescue, vehicle extrication, fire prevention, and providing public education in the nature of training, classes, workshops, seminars, presentations, lectures and courses and distribution of training materials in connection therewith, all in the fields of fire safety, fire emergency response, CPR, and dealing with hazardous materials incidents; all the foregoing to not include the direct provision of medical or health care or international humanitarian relief services in underdeveloped countries, assisting victims of disasters and conflicts, or fundraising or charitable services in connection with medical or health care or international humanitarian relief services
