The mark consists of two (2) circles with the outside of the inner circle and the inside of outer circle colored in midnight blue outlined with a thin gray line. Inside the inner most circle there is a white background with a maltese shaped cross having crimson coloring on the four (4) arms of the cross that are outlined with a thin gray line and show three small gray tear shapes gathered at the center of the outside of each arm followed by a black outline of entire cross. Inside the left, top and right arm of the cross are the capital letter "E", in gray coloring. The bottom arm has the capital letters "AIS" shown in gray coloring. On the outside midnight blue circle and centered to each arm of the cross are words-- Starting with the left of the circle and centered to the left arm of the cross is the word, "ELEVATOR" in gray, at the top of the circle and centered to the top arm of the cross is the word, "EMERGENCY" in gray, to the right of the circle and centered to the right arm of the cross is the word "EDUCATION" in gray and at the bottom of the circle and centered to the bottom arm of the cross are the words "ASHLAND INDUSTRIAL SERVICES" in gray. The inner circle of the cross is colored in midnight blue with a gray roped edge around the circle and showing a picture of an elevator car depicted in a hoistway using gray coloring in the middle of the circle.
