The mark consists of the literal element "NuView" is presented horizontally and lower case in Serif font. The tops of all letters are aligned to the same height with two exceptions; specifically, the lower point of the "v" drops below the baseline margin and the right most arm of the "w" extends upwards above the topline margin terminating in an arrow. A geometric arc intersects the arm of the "w" and extends at an angle beginning over the "v" and extending beyond the mark. The literal element "IRA" also appears in a Sans Serif font next to and horizontally aligned with the rest of the mark and underneath the arc.
