The mark consists of a motion mark of an active and moving old fashioned police officer cartoon character known as Cookie the Cop. Cookie, whose face and hands are tan and who has black facial features and hair and wears a dark blue uniform with gold features and black shoes, makes a number of motions all visible to the consumer. In the first frame, which is partially blurred, he waves his brown night stick and causes the appearance of light blue dust; he continues this motion in the second frame, which is visually clearer; in the third frame, a gold policeman's badge with light gold highlights and black bordering begins to appear, as do the words "COOK'S PEST CONTROL" in black inside the badge; in the fourth frame, these elements become visually clearer and underneath the capitalized words "COOK'S PEST CONTROL" begin to appear, with "COOK'S" in blue and "PEST CONTROL" in gray; in the fifth frame, all the mark's elements are in clear focus with Cookie in a running pose and the word "COOK'S" in dark blue with black bordering and the wording "PEST CONTROL" in black. The color white represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
