The mark consists of An oval shape that appears convex; the oval is framed by the following colors from the outside going in- black, grey, black, grey, black, and blue shading; the top half of the inside of the oval is in the color light blue; the bottom half of the inside of the oval is in the color dark blue; letters "NHS" appear in the center of the oval connected together in a stylized font in all capital letters with the "H" being slightly larger than the "N" and the "S"; the letters are in the color grey and are outlined in the color black; an image of a vine in the shape of a Roman wreath surrounds the bottom, sides, and part of the top of the oval; on the left and right side of the oval, a leaf appears to come out of the oval, crossing over the frame; the leafs on the vine are shaded in colors of dark green, light green, and white and are outlined in the color black; there are also 4 thin leafs, two on each side of the oval, in the color red and outlined in the color black.
